• Perform routine service calls, including titration tests, inventory checks, and equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain liquid feed systems, pumps, controllers, and related components.
• Conduct inventory counts and manage product ordering requirements.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain compliance with company standards.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with managers on technical issues, proposals, and installations.

• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with hands-on experience in service, maintenance, or engineering.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to timely reporting.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
