About the role:


Our client is an innovative and industry-leading workforce management company based in Brisbane. Due to growing success, this organisation is looking to bring on a Return To Work Coordinator to join their team on a permanent full time basis. With a fantastic city centre location, this role can commence ASAP but will also allow if you have a notice period.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will be responsible for efficient and effective support to both staff and candidates that experience injury or illness at work.


Your primary goal being:

  • Managing and monitoring incident notifications
  • Providing initial support and coordinating appropriate recovery plans
  • Facilitating compensation processes
  • Establishing and maintaining effective networks with health/rehabilitation professionals
  • Promoting a positive and proactive approach to injury management
  • Sourcing host employers for injured workers


About you:


To be successful in this role you will have ideally have:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in RTW at a coordinator/advisor level
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience sourcing host employers for injured workers
  • Queensland Return to Work Coordinator and Workplace Rehabilitation Qualifications
