  • Position Description: Injury Management, Return to Work / Fitness for Work Coordinator
  • Role accountabilities include:
    • Develop and advise on procedures for fitness for work, workers compensation, injury management, and return to work.
    • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements for workers compensation and return to work processes.
    • Manage all aspects of workers compensation, injury management, and rehabilitation for employees.
    • Facilitate communication between injured employees, managers, and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and coordinate return to work and injury management plans.
    • Undertake health and well being projects and provide accurate reports



Competencies/Certifications
Candidates must hold the following and provide evidence:

  • Diploma of Personal Injury and Disability Insurance Management
    or
    a Certificate IV Personal Injury and Disability Insurance Management with a minimum of two years relevant experience.
  • Current competence as a Return-to-Work Coordinator.
  • Current Driver Licence
