Our client
Our client is a leading Australian owned manufacturing company. Due to growth this family owned business in looking for a HSE business partner to join their team out near Tumbarumba for a 12-month contract. (With a chance of further extension)
This role will be a key member of the site leadership team and requires a candidate who is comfortable operating at a senior level. Someone who has a strong safety background in manufacturing or high risk operational sectors would suit this environment well.
Your Next Role
Reporting to the HSE Manager you will be the technical expert for this site supporting all stakeholders to drive a strong safety culture.
About You
- Proven experience within similar positions within manufacturing or high-risk operational sites is a MUST!
- Ability to coach and engage with all levels of stakeholders
- The confidence, communication and technical expertise to advise on all aspects of WHS
- Auditing qualification or significant experience in auditing processes.
- Specialist WHS knowledge, or the ability to acquire specialist knowledge
- Certificate IV in WHS/OHS or equivalent qualifications in a relevant discipline.
- Current Driver's License.
