The Opportunity

Working among an experienced HSE team, this Advisory role is an excellent opportunity to work within a varied medium- to high-risk environment. With a client base across a number of high risk industries, you will be part of a national team of experienced Advisors with what can be a high paced and challenging set of stakeholders.

This role requires strong skill set in building strong relationships with the operational front lines and having the ability to be pragmatic and flexible in delivery of solutions. You will be coaching and influencing leaders and workers across the business to ensure a healthy and safe workplace, reducing risk and preventing injury and illness.

You will have both a fair amount of autonomy and (much) variety in working with your client based around the CBD and inner suburbs of Melbourne.

The Person

  • Ability to influence and drive change through H&S initiatives and programs
  • Three to eight years practical experience in Health & Safety, with a strong preference for high risk industry sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex incident investigation
  • Qualified in OHS/WHS (Diploma preferred) or similar;
  • Certificate IV in Training Assessment is desirable

Critical to success will be your capacity to demonstrate agility, leadership and stakeholder management skills in a high risk business profile.
