The Role

As the newly created Head of Consulting, you will play a critical role in driving the firm's growth trajectory in this exciting phase. While the firm already supports clients in Victoria, building a local team capable of delivering exceptional outcomes is essential for sustained expansion. Drawing on your experience in the HSE consulting sector or similar, you will shape and develop the strategic operations of the local team, working closely with existing leaders across the business. Your responsibilities will include leading, developing, managing, and maintaining a client-centric, high-performance consulting team.   • Ability to deliver high-quality client outcomes through effective team management
  • Relevant technical expertise within Health and Safety, Environment/Sustainability, or Occupational Hygiene
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fostering strong relationships and trust
  • Previous experience leading a consulting team is highly desirable
  • Relevant qualifications in the chosen field
