Your Opportunity:

As a Safety Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing escalations and investigations for Safety in ANZ. You will work closely with the Safety Manager to develop case details, investigate safety complaint tickets and recommend effective enforcement actions as required. This exciting new opportunity is a permanent role with fantastic career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain escalations of safety complaints in ANZ
  • Implement thorough investigations using various support platforms (email, chat, phone) to analyse case details, and present recommendations for resolutions
  • Ensure complete and timely mandatory reporting to regulators as required
  • Action case decisions following investigations including training, suspension, termination and/or reactivation of drivers and customers
  • Liaise with regulators, insurers and legal teams to close cases
  • Conduct inspections, surveillance, audits, evaluations and/or approvals to ensure compliance of drivers
  • Maintain accurate records and information in relation to safety incidents and management

You will have:

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation
  • Strong problem solving capability with a proactive and resilient work ethos
  • Ability to prepare project and work plans outlining measurables, ongoing monitoring and review
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships, influence and negotiate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and autonomously in a small team
  • Experience dealing with complaints in an investigative role
  • Ability to evaluate evidence using sound judgement
